下载er5时MISSING cdsapi报错处理细节

win7，python3.8，sublime text

照本社区文章下载er5资料出错，提示

Exception: Missing/incomplete configuration file: C:\Users\Administrator/.cdsapirc

同样照本社区关于此问题的解决办法，有部分细节仍需要提供给大家参考。

首先，原来的解决办法没有提到“.cdsapirc”保存时必须注意的细节，就是在“新建→文本文档”，将url和key粘贴进去以后，必须点“另存为”，在“保存类型”必须点“所有文件”才行。

另外，保存上述文件后，运行代码，提示需要进到这里

点“submit”.

然后才正常。

看来也是一个需要解决的问题。

1、在pip install cdsapi后，显示satisfied:cdsapi in c:。。。。。。。site-packages(0.7.0)是什么意思？是表示这个是0.7.0吗？那为何还出现

C:\Windows\System32\pip install 'cdsapi>=0.7.0     时，提示：

ERROR:Ivalid requirement：“‘cdsapi”

该如何解决？

刚刚注册的ecmwf账户并且已经能够登录ecmwf，还需要进行这个操作吗？

4、update your .cdsapirc file.
