jupyter配置默认浏览器和项目位置

C:\Users\小希>jupyter --config-dir
C:\Users\小希\.jupyter

在C:\Users\小希.jupyter文件下，找到jupyter_notebook_config.py。若没有，则打开anaconda prompt终端，输入以下命令

jupyter notebook --generate-config

配置jupyter_notebook_config.py中默认跳转浏览器
