按 N 保留以前的 fTPM 记录并继续系统启动，fTPM 将不会在新 CPU 中启用，个人理解：重置删除进入系统缓存的秘钥，再次进入需要携带，新cpu无法进入。安装了新的 CPU，fTPM NV 已损坏或 fTPM NV 结构已更改。按 Y 重置 fTPM（如果启用了 BitLocker 或加密）您可以换回旧CPU以恢复与TPM相关的密钥和数据。如果没有恢复密钥，系统将无法启动。
