报错信息

练习一个SpringBoot的小例子后，报出以下错误:Unable to start embedded container; nested exception is java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.apache.catalina.Context.addServletMapping(Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/String;)V

解决思路

猜想报错原因

博主在报错信息中发现spring-boot-1.4.0.RELEASE，但博主的SpringBoot是2.4.5，故猜想是否是因为spring版本冲突。

验证猜想

然后查看maven库，发现在org.springframework.boot中存在两个版本

此外，在pom.xml文件中显示的依赖是spring-boot-1.4.0.RELEASE

于是修改pom.xml文件中的依赖版本号为2.4.5，成功运行！

在差错过程中，需要对比文章中的报错信息，如果报错信息不符，就没必要去看了
有时静下心来仔细看看报错信息，可能自己也能解决
