    If this is the case, use ":recover" or "vim -r /etc/hosts"
    to recover the changes (see ":help recovery").
    If you did this already, delete the swap file "/etc/.hosts.swp"
    to avoid this message.

原因分析：

这个错误的的原因是上次打开文件后未正常关闭，留下了一个文件名加.swp后缀的文件（隐藏文件）。删除这个.swp文件便能正常打开 文件了

解决方案：

查看所有文件（包括隐藏文件）：ll -a

删除命令：（文件所在文件夹执行）

rm -rf .hosts.swp
