Using Forms-Based Applications

       使用基于窗体的应用

The Navigator

导航器

 

From the Navigator you can:

通过导航器你可以：

Open forms from the Functions tab.

通过功能选项卡打开窗体。（计算机专业Functions解释为功能）

Link to documents from the Documents tab.

通过文档选项卡链接到文档

Launch business processes from the Processes tab.

通过进程选项启动商务进程

   Open Forms:

打开窗体

The Functions tab provides links to the forms accessible to your current responsibility.

功能选项卡提供可进入你当前的职责窗体的链接。

To open a form, expand the function heading and double-click the form name.

为了打开一个窗体，展开功能头部和双击窗体名称。

   Create a Top Ten List :

创建一个前十列表：

Add forms that you use frequently to your Top Ten List. Create a different top ten list for each of your responsibilities.

添加你经常使用的窗体前十列表。创建一个不同的前十列表相对于你的每个职责。

To add a form to the Top Ten List

添加一个窗体到前十列表

1. Select the form, then select the Add to List button.

 

            1、选择窗体，然后选择添加列表按钮。

To remove a form from the Top Ten List

删除一个窗体从前十列表

1. Select the form, then select the Remove from List button.

            1、选择窗体，然后选择移除列表按钮。

   Create Links to Documents:

创建文档链接：

      Create links to documents that you are working on for faster access. The Documents tab allows you to save as many links as you want. View the saved links as a list or as icons.

       创建文档链接以便于你工作时可以更快访问。文档选项卡允许你保存你想要的尽可能多的链接。将保存的链接视为一个列表或图标。

To add a document that is currently open

添加正在打开的文档

 

1. Choose Place on Navigator from the File menu

            1、通过文件菜单选择Place on Navigator

         Attention: The Place on Navigator command is not enabled for all forms.

         注意：Place on Navigator命令不是对所有窗体都适用。

To rename a link that you have created

重命名一个你创建的链接

  1. Select its name (or icon) and select the Rename button.

           1、选择它的名称（或图标）和选择重命名按钮。 

           2. Enter the new name in the Rename Label window and click OK.

          2、在重命名标签输入新的名称并单击OK。

To remove a document from the Documents tab

从文档选项卡删除一个文档

1. Select its name (or icon) and select the Remove button.

            1、选择它的名字（或图标）并且选择删除按钮。

   Launch Business Processes:

 启动商务进程：

 

 The Processes tab contains interactive step-by-step maps of business processes. Each step is a form or report that you can launch directly from the process map.

 进程选项卡包含一步一步交互式商务进程地图。每一步是一个窗体或报表，你可以通过进程地图直接启动。

 Each time you launch a business process, you create an instance of that process and assign it a name. As you complete each step in a process, the map is updated accordingly.

 每次你启动一个商务进程，你创建了一个进程的实例并且分配给它一个名字。当你在进程中完成每一步时，相应地地图会被更新。

To open a process

打开一个进程

1. Select the process, then select the Launch button.

2. Enter a name for the new instance.

1、选择进程，然后选择启动按钮。

2、为新的实例输入一个名称。

The instance remains active until you complete or cancel it. The Processes tab lists your active instances.

直到你完成或删除它实例仍然活跃。进程选项卡列出了你的活动实例。

Working in a Process Instance

  工作在一个进程实例里

The active step has a box drawn around it. More than one step can be active if your process contains multiple paths.

活动的步骤有一个方框围绕它。如果你的进程包含多个路径，那么可以激活多个步骤

Click once on a step icon to display a description of the step.

一旦单击一个步骤图标将展示一个步骤的描述。

Double-click on a step icon to open the related form.

双击一个步骤图标可以打开相关的窗体。

Advance to the next step of a process from within a form by using the Next Step toolbar icon.

通过使用Next Step按钮图标，可以优先进入进程的下一个步骤。
