解决Scrollview 嵌套RecyclerView 出现的滑动冲突和RecyclerView显示不全问题

解决办法:

      

RecyclerView 设置setNestedScrollingEnabled(false); 然后在RecycleView外面包裹一层相对布局,并设置

 android:descendantFocusability="blocksDescendants" 即可
