discuss about Obesity



Obesityrates among young children are growing. Parents are to blame for this becausethey have the strongest influence over their children's eating habits.

At present, it’s easy to find that more and more kids are stronger,taller and fatter than 20 years ago. Particularly, there are many boys andgirls trend to become obesity at their young ages. A study suggested that parentsare responsible for this because they keep eating habits on their children.

 For this view I partly agree with it. In my opinion, parents just one of the factors to make kids get over weight. They may have main duty for this but there are some others should be concerned. For instance, schools which take up a lot time of kids. However, most of time kids are provided a plentyof knowledge classes instead of proper recreation programs. Therefore, children eat a lot but no way to consume it; it is an obvious way to let to children gain weight.

Other factor is mouthwatering food. Nowadays majority shops that can offer a wide rang of food and dessert to children. Most of time, they cannot resistant the attraction of those food, so they eat more and no awareness.  Sometimes even the adults have the same issues.

As I said parents should not be the only one to blame for the situation. We should recognize that we are not only live with our parents butwe also live in a group. So apart from our family, we can be affected by otherpeople who live around us.  If we want to keep fitness on children, we have to work together to reach the goal. Not only rely on parents to educate children. Although, parents should pay more attention on their kids about diet behaviors.
