环形（蛇形）矩阵

环形矩阵这个题目在c语言考试上出现过，然而当时我感觉有点吃力，现在我在小白这本书上看到了这种比较精炼的算法，所以把他试了一遍，自我感觉良好，分享出来。
一下是10*10的矩阵。
