Finally, You should add these two .dll located paths to Environment variables:

D:\Program Files (x86)\VTK_580\Install_Debug\bin;D:\Program Files (x86)\VTK_580\Install_Release\bin;D:\Program Files (x86)\ITK_320\Install_Debug\bin;D:\Program Files (x86)\ITK_320\Install_Release\bin;

Then, if you encounter problems with "Can't find ...h", search these files and add their paths to "Additional Include Directories".
