移动台被呼流程

首先，手机在idle state 接收 general page msg

之后进入system acess state 

now cur state :new_state=CDMA_PAGE_RES

mccsa_send_page_response_msg:send a response msg to bs

and wait at the mccsa_wait_for_access_response() funtion

now we are  waitting  the ack order msg from the bs

when  recv  CAI_PC_ORD_MSG sig whitch indicate that that we recv a ack order

the function mccsa_layer2_ack_processing access the order

when finished above  set a timer to wait the channel assigment message

中间的过程省略 ，和移动台主叫是一样的

when recv alert with info

we send a cmd to UI that a incoming call was received and set a timer.now waitting the answer from the UI 。

when recv the UIcmd ,we send a connect order to bs ,and chang the state of cc to conversation state

and send a CMD TO ui to notify UI that connect has been finished。
