At Central Administration site, you can add the user that belongs to the domain server.

etc.  Domain/UserA

Domain/UserB

Domain/UserC

 

At site  you must add the user that you want the user to get access.

etc. If you want A then Add Domain/UserA

if you want D then Add Domain/UserD note UserD  isn't added into Central Administration site.

if you don't add userB, B can not access it.
