The import and export of data in iPhlyo
Import:
- 1.1 Treefile: Uploading information are in the basic feature part of the dashboard.
- **Select-file: **Click the browse button to upload a tree file in plain text files, and in one of supported formats format (Newick, Nexus, PhyloXML and Phylip).

1.2 Annotation file: Uploading information are in the Leaf annotation and Node annotation part of the dashboard.
- **Select-file: **Click the browse button to upload a leaf/node annotation file in plain text files sep with “,”,“\t” or “;”.

**1.3 Session: **Optionally import session files downloaded from iPhylo is also supported from the top right of the page inorder to upload and restore the drawing state.
Export:
- Download the PNG,JPEG or PDF file format: iPhylo Visual offers various tree image export formats, including PNG, PDF, and JPEG.
- Download the R code:The Download R scripts feature allow users to save the plotting code for the visualized and annotated tree with a single click.
- Download the whole session: Clik the Session button allows users to export “.iphylo” files pack all essential data for generating trees with iPhylo.
