Ubuntu1804系统（xavier）安装tensorflow时报与h5py相关的错误的解决办法

• 在xavier上安装tensorflow（1.12-gpu版本）过程中报错的解决方法：

1. 安装步骤：

          第一步：sudo apt-get install python-pip python-dev

          第二步：sudo pip install --upgrade pip

          第三步：sudo pip install tensorflow_gpu-1.12.0rc2+nv18.11-cp27-cp27mu-linux_aarch64.whl

安装时报错如下：
