软键盘遮挡住WebView中输入框解决方法

项目中的登陆页面是h5页面，如下图所示：

当输入用户信息时，软键盘遮挡了输入框：

经过一番搜索，其实这是Android本身的一个issue 5497的bug。

解决的方法

1、填坑的类AndroidBug5497Workaround：
