spring boot中解决中文乱码的问题

1、修正application.properties文件
添加如下配置信息：

spring.http.encoding.force=true
spring.http.encoding.charset=UTF-8
spring.http.encoding.enabled=true
server.tomcat.uri-encoding=UTF-8

此刻拦截器中回来的中文现已不乱码了，可是controller中回来的数据仍旧乱码。
2、重写configureMessageConverters方法
