VSCode插件安装完成后的配置二

该配置适合喜欢使用单引号的用户，该配置可以使用ctrl+s，也可以使用shift+alt+d时会实现配置里的效果，优先使用单引号，而不是像配置一那样变为双引号其他效果跟上个配置一样。
