设主元为v,则将数组分为三部分，一部分是大于v,一部分是 小于v,一部分是等于v.每次while循环后，都会得到，a[low...lt-1] < v=a[lt...gt]<a[gt+1...high].在swap(a,i,gt--)中i没有+1，是因为此时a[i...gt]的元素还是不知道与v的大小关系。
