下载指令：
pip install mmcv==2.0.0rc4 -f https://download.openmmlab.com/mmcv/dist/cu113/torch1.12/index.html

安装mmdection

安装cityscapesscripts，
先是用WiFi，报错了：socket.timeout: The read operation timed out 和 pip._vendor.urllib3.exceptions.ReadTimeoutError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host=‘files.pythonhosted.org’, port=443): Read timed out.

后来换成宽带的网络，好了

pip install imagecorruptions

原来版本的报错：ImportError: cannot import name ‘Config’ from ‘mmcv’ (E:\Anaconda3\envs\torch\lib\site-packages\mmcv_init_.py)，
是原因是因为换到mmcv里的config和DictAction，换到mmengine里面来了
