不想在这里为Amazon做广告,不过今天的遭遇不得不让我佩服这个最大的电子商务站点。前几天说过,收到了Expert One-on-One Oracle,其实同时还尝试着订购了一张CD,肖邦的圆舞曲全集和第三奏鸣曲,Brailowsky的版本,国内没见过。分成两个包裹寄过来的,在收到书的第二天就收到了CD的邮包,可是里面居然只有我的订单,没有任何CD,当时俺就傻了。邮包应该是被检查过的,就想,是不是越洋包裹里不能夹带光电制品。到了办公室,登录到Amazon,想想,死马当活马医,总让人家Amazon问一下,于是点击进去,发了封邮件投诉,界面还挺有意思,大致几种投诉都可以选择分类,比如我这种就是“Where is my stuff?”。再添上自己的订单号和你的具体内容,一个投诉单就生成了。昨天和今天周末,也没搭理他。到了晚上一查电邮,原来当天就回复我了,原信如下:

就是说,重新给我寄了一份!这样的服务,我实在也没什么可说的了。想起china-pub,其实后者的服务也还算可以,但是最近一次寄书就没带随书光盘,而且居然寄到了和我住址不相干的一个邮局,等我发邮件投诉了,才回复我说是缺货,等有货了再给我,虽然后来不久就补寄回来了,但是明显让我感觉属于明知缺货而先发书的行为,不爽!国内的公司还有很多路走啊。而Amazon的邮寄很多时候比china-pub还快(当然越洋的邮费是要贵的)。
呵呵,如果这次也不能收到,我只能认为是海关没收了,想来也不好意思让人家再寄了。:P 不过这样的经历确实培养了一个忠实的客户。
