真是一些奇怪的问题：我在conda base环境中创建envir的时候出现的问题，下面是运行出错的代码

conda create --name ML_algorithm_study python=3.0

Collecting package metadata (current_repodata.json): done
Solving environment: failed with repodata from current_repodata.json, will retry with next repodata source.
Collecting package metadata (repodata.json): done
Solving environment: failed

PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels:

  - python=3.0

其实不难看出来 是这个python=3.0不对，我在网上找了一大堆，其实很简单的问题，是我自己太菜了吧

正确的应该是下面的

conda create --name ML_algorithm_study python=3

就是把python=3.0 改成 python=3就OK了

应该是环境配置文件是在别的机器上导出的，文件里的软件包是按照那个机器配置的，导出的时候，把这些包的详细信息也导了出来。当我们按照这个文件创建环境时，conda会结合我们机器的配置信息，按照配置文件里包的详细信息，去找这个包，结果发现“查无此包”，环境创建失败，报出。使用conda env create -f environment.yml出现以下问题，删除包的具体信息，即包名称第二个等号及后面的内容。
