anaconda、syder3.3.6 安装pyqt5

由于版本受限，直接使用pip install pyqt5 会导致 pyqt5和syder3.3.6不兼容。
因此，可使用如下命令：
pip install pyqt5-tools5.12.3.1.5 --target=D:\anaconda3\Lib\site-packages -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
（一般上面就结束了，但是我还出现spyder 3.3.6 requires pyqtwebengine<5.13; python_version >= “3”, which is not installed。因此，使用如下命令）
pip install pyqtwebengine5.12.0 --target=D:\anaconda3\Lib\site-packages -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
