VS2017中安装opengl库

在VS2017中提供直接下载opengl库，无须我们自己下载安装。

1. 打开VS2017，新建C++控制台项目
2. 点击项目-管理Nuget程序包
3. 点击浏览，在搜索框中搜索Nupengl

然后点击下面的nupengl.core这样将两个包都安装即可。

然后可以进行测试

不过每次重新创建项目的时候 都需要重新下载nupengl。
