学习笔记3.python安装包失败解决

上次笔记安装matplotlib库的时候报错，安装方法见下:

pip install -i https://pypi.douban.com/simple/ matplotlib  (豆瓣源)

具体出错原因见下：

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement matplotlib (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for matplotlib

 解决方法：

pip3 install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple matplotlib（清华源）
