阿里云镜像里搜索不到这个镜像，可以发现他莫名其妙多了一个后缀coredns。
直接手动拉最新的镜像

docker pull  registry.aliyuncs.com/google_containers/coredns

然后改名字

docker tag registry.aliyuncs.com/google_containers/coredns:latest registry.aliyuncs.com/google_containers/coredns/coredns:v1.8.0

再次init，问题解决！
