 2. Set PROTOCOL_BUFFERS_PYTHON_IMPLEMENTATION=python (but this will use pure-Python parsing and will be much slower).

这是因为默认下载的protobuf版本太高，且其不具备兼容性，需要将protobuf版本降低到3.20.x以下

解决方案：手动重装protobuf

pip uninstall protobuf
pip install protobuf==3.20.1

这时问题就被成功解决了！
