Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==1.4.0 (from torchvision)

安装torchvision失败

最初：

pip install torchvision

结果显示：

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==1.4.0 (from torchvision) (from versions: 0.1.2, 0.1.2.post1, 0.1.2.post2)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for torch==1.4.0 (from torchvision)

解决方式：

第一种：网络上看到的

第一步：更改torch版本（上面出错原因为torch版本不匹配，应为1.4.0）

pip install torch==1.4.0 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

第二步：

pip install torchvision

但我最后还是失败了

第二种：

第一步：

pip install torch==1.3.1 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

下载格式如上，注意不能直接

pip install torch==1.3.1

第二步：

pip install torchvision==0.4.1

主要就是版本问题
第二种成功了
