faster r-cnn 显示precision-recall曲线

在跑faster r-cnn(tensorflow)需要用到precision-recall的曲线,所以自己写了相关代码,如果有不对的地方望指出。生成prec-rec曲线是在pascal_voc.py添加代码就可以,很简单。代码如下所示:
