这个命令可以简单地提供design中timing check的信息，timing check的类型包括 clock_gating_hold, clock_gating_pulse_width, clock_gating_setup, clock_period, clock_separation, external_delay,  hold, no_change_hold,  no_change_setup, path_delay, pulse_width, recovery, removal,setup, skew, time_borrow。合理的状态有 met, untested, violated.

pin_port_list: 可以单独指定pin或者port口来作timing check

-check_type:  设置检查的类型，默认会检查全部类型

        setup：setup timing check

        Hold：hold timing check

        pulse_width: 时钟的最小脉冲信号宽度检查，分为低电平和高电平

       clock_period：同步时钟周期检查
