Confirguration  Expiration Policy For Disposition Approval Workflow

As we know, adding a new disposition approval workflow, the document or  the list don't haveExpiration Policy, we have to confirguration  it, here is the steps.

The steps is  about document list, and the site type or content type have the similar steps.

1. Open the Library Settings in crumbs of document.

 

2. Open the Information manahement policy setting

 

3. This table shows all the content types for this library, along with the policies and expiration schedules for each type. To modify the policy for a content type, click Document.

4. Edit Policy

5. Enable Retention and add a retention stage

6. Edit the retention stage

7. Specify what causes the stage and select Start a workflow

8. Select the disposition approval workflow that youselff created

9. Click Ok.

 

10. Specify a name for the policy

11. Finished
