Project Web App Feature无法开启的解决方案

今天在SharePoint 2016环境上搭建了Project Server，并且创建site collection了解，在site collection-> site settings->site collection features开启Project Web App Settings Feature弹出如下错误，几次尝试都无法开启。

经过测试发现用PowerShell执行命令可以成功开启Feature解决此问题，具体步骤如下：

1. Run as administrator方式打开SharePoint2016 Management Shell；

2. 执行下面激活PWA site Feature的命令；

Enable-SPFeaturepwasite -URL "site collection url"

3. 命令执行完成后登陆SharePoint site collection Feature查看状态，成功开启；
