RTC开启自动唤醒中断（HAL库bug）

注意：CUBEMX生成RTC自动唤醒中断时，要在MX_RTC_Init()的
HAL_RTCEx_SetWakeUpTimer_IT（）中将 _HAL_RTC_WAKEUPTIMER_EXTI_ENABLE_EVENT(); 改
为 __HAL_RTC_WAKEUPTIMER_EXTI_ENABLE_IT();

COMP中断设置函数

开启：

stm32H7系列比较器HAL_COMP_Start_IT死机：

修改stm32h7xx_it.c中COMP_IRQHandler改为COMP1_IRQHandler
