web.xml过滤器，替换默认session管理

可能与其它Filter冲突，如果报错，放到最后一个filter即可

测试结果：

开启tomcat1，关闭tomcat2，成功
关闭tomcat1，开启tomcat2，成功
关闭tomcat1，关闭tomcat2，再逐一打开，session不丢失。
