保研面试中常见的英语问题有哪些？

2020年夏令营+预推免面试经验供参考。

2020年对于保研er来说是非常独特的一年，因为疫情，几乎所有的学校都采取了线上考核，因为参加一场夏令营或者预推免的时间成本更少了，所以大家都采取了海投的战略。

但其实面试的内容并没有多大的改变，该准备的还是要准备。接下来我就给大家分享一下我在预推免和夏令营的经历中的英语问题。

1.英文的自我介绍（1min的和3min的都有）。

【2分半，适用于3min以内的面试】

Good morning，professors and teachers.

I'm really honored to be here to present myself. I am xxx from xxx University. My major is xxxx.

In my college life, I have worked very hard at my courses, As a result, I have passed all the examinations and achieved excellent grades in major courses such as Statistics and Web-design. Moreover, I have passed CET-4 and CET-6 with decent scores.

Apart from that, I pay more attention to practice. I have participated in various academic competitions, many of which ended up with a prize. Besides, I have spent quite some time doing my National innovation training program. I’m the leader of this group, the topic is about social media “WeChat” and the Flow Theory. The process is a little difficult, but I learned a lot from it. And It was this project that inspired my interest in academic research.

I consider myself a person who is good at summarizing, Therefore, I created a blog account in the CSDN community to sort out my learning gains and problems by writing articles, which has gained fifteen thousand(15,000) page views. What”s more, I like running very much and I also take part in two half marathons. Exercise makes me a good body to live and study.

I think my research and study in the undergraduate stage is still very shallow. So I hope I can have more in-depth study in the postgraduate stage. If I got a chance to study here, I would spare no effort to do research of my major.

（1）why you choose our university?（为什么选择我们学校）

There are several reasons.

Primarily, xxxxx university is famous all over the world, and it can provide students with rich study resources.

Besides, through my study during post undergraduate stage, I found that there are many funny things to do about doing research, and it’s a pleasure to carry on research.

（2）Why do you want to go to graduate school？（你为什么想读研究生）

Secondly, I consider that I still have many skills to learn, both in the realm of doing research and beyond.

（3）Do you have any internship experience？（你是否有一些实习经历）

No. It’s really a pity that I haven’t spent any time finding a job. But our teachers once took us to visit some companies, such as “jingdong” and “xugong” . actually speaking, I am looking forward to going to work one day, so that I can put my knowledge into practice.

（4）Describe your experience on various projects and your role in them（描述一下你的各个项目经历以及你在其中担任的角色）

I have taken part in several projects. And I want to explain two of them.

One is a research project, the topic is about the social media wechat and the flow theory. I’m the leader of this project. We collected several variables through a questionnaire survey on the influence of college student’s wechat addiction.

Another is a business project, which is about the use of private car parking space. And I designed the webpage of this project.

（5）Can you describe your plan during postgraduate stage？ 你的研究生学习计划什么

Firstly, I will consolidate professional knowledge and keep the habit of summarizing,and I hope I can form systematic view of management science.If possible, I will go on with my study for doctorate degree.

Secondly, I will actively participate in the project of the tutor, present at academic conferences, and publish core journals.

Besides, I will also pay attention to the use of various computer tools in doing research,such as python、webdesign.

（6）What would you most like to study?（你最想研究什么）

I’m sorry that I haven’t thought about it in depth. I will fully consider it and discuss with my teacher in this year.

Or

I’m sorry that I haven’t thought about it carefully. But I’m sure that I will do my research based on the big data. You know, during my study these years, I always collect research data through the questionnaire survey. I think the data is a little false. However, the big data can give me authentic data. It’s important for researcher.

（7）Introduce yourself briefly.（介绍一下你自己的性格、兴趣。）

I am open-mind, quick in thought and good at summarizing. I have broad interests like many other youngers. I like reading books、seeing films and running. I have taken part in several half marathons, you know, exercise makes me a good body to study and live. And I created a blog account in the CSDN community to sort out my learning gains and problems by writing articles. I think it’s a good habit to make a study summary.

这个题我很有感触，当时有一次面试官提问what do you do in your spare time. 跟这题很相似，只需要把一些句型转换一下就可以，所以只要你记住了这些句子的核心词汇，再把它们连起来就显得没有那么难了。

（8）why python become so popular these years？

I think there may have several reasons.

Firstly,compare to Java, python is easier to learn. It’s perfect for beginners.

Secondly, learning python can bring higher salary.

Thirdly, it’s practical and powerful. Learning it can make our work easier.

这道题是老师根据我的简历来提问的，所以建议大家好好研究一下自己的简历，换位思考如果你是老师你会怎么去提问。

3.一些专业相关的话题或者日常的一些话题。一般是让你描述一下自己的看法，比如：

------give your comment on the statement that “a part-time job is an important

experience that every college student should have.”

------use specific examples to set forth your views on the saying “haste makes waste”.

------describe one of your own experiences to demonstrate that “nothing ever becomes

real till it is experienced”

------what are the current problems of college education? how to resolve them?

------some people say there is no absolute truth because “truth” is defined by people

and there is no objectivity whenever people are involved. does absolute truth exist or

not ?why?

这类问题很难去准备，我的建议还是那句，可以积累一些关于叙述个人看法时比较常用的词汇，面试时再把词汇连起来。

当然如果遇到了要用英语回答的专业课，真的就只能自求多福了。不过人难我难，不能放弃！
