在已经利用的清华大学镜像源直接安装

pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple rasa

替换为

pip install -i http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/ --trusted-host mirrors.aliyun.com rasa

当前python 环境为3.6，安装rasa，python环境最低为3.6
但是后会报错

 Building wheel for dm-tree (setup.py) ... error

网上那些方法都不行，即使下载了dm-tree.whl文件资源也只是适配了py3.5的
所以替换python环境为3.8
再用

pip install -i http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/ --trusted-host mirrors.aliyun.com rasa

成功安装
