Config SQL Server 2008 on Windows Server 2008 / Windows 7

For people install SQL 2008 first on windows server 2008 or Windws 7, they will find it's alway faild when connecting to SQL Server 2088 from another machine, althrough it's ok on local machine. The reason is that TCP/IP protocol is not allowed by defalt installation. So, you need to do that manually on SQL server configuration manager.

  And then, some ports used by every SQL server applications need to open to allow access from remote. Below is the SQL cmd I found on internet to help simplfy the setting.
