skgpspawn failed:category = 27142, depinfo = 11, p = fork, loc = skgpspawn3

skgpspawn failed:category = 27142, depinfo = 12, p = fork, loc = skgpspawn3

     在oracle 日志中可能会看到类似的信息，从整体来看是系统不足引起无法启动新

的进程。

    其中category = 27142 是指示出现了ora-27142错误

           depinfo=指示出错的资源原因

           p=Fork

         loc = skgpspawn3 无法spawn进程

depinfo=11 是内核限制，可以通过修改系统内核参数；

depinfo=12是资源不足限制，更多的出现在内存和SWAP不足。
