(3)x210: fix the no output problem at "Starting kernel..."

the problem root cause is for the uart , in /arm/samsung-dev-uboot/include/configs/ smdkx210single.h we have

"#define CONFIG_SERIAL3          1     

so we need set uart port to 2 in uboot args and kernel
smdk210>setenv bootargs 'root=/dev/ram rootfstype=ext2 init=/linuxrc console=ttySAC2,115200 mem=512M'

setenv bootargs ‘noinitrd mem=512M console=ttySAC2,115200 root=/dev/nfs nfsroot=172.16.96.215:/arm-nfs ip=172.16.96.250:172.16.96.215:172.16.96.215:255.255.254.0::eth0:off’

and in kernel

>make menuconfig ->system type

由     (0) S3C UART to use for low-level messages
变为 (2) S3C UART to use for low-level messages 
and make menuconfig ->kernel hacking

由     (0)  S3C UART to use for low-level debug 
变为 (2)  S3C UART to use for low-level debug
