Purpose

Procurement type无论在APO还是在R3里都是决定了either in-house production or external purchasing. 但是APO中有P/X/E/F，其中P做为R3里MRP X0的作用；而R3里procurement type就只是X/E/F；在APO里我们可以通过定义T-lane，定义DRP network，定义quotation来进行demand flow/distribution，而R3里我们使用SPK, quotation来进行demand flow/distribution。
