7月IT职场软件测试工程师及游戏人才吃香

从前程无忧(www.51ob.com)职场大盘看,历经5月与6月的阴影,职位需求数出现了井喷。7月,总职位需求数达到了140264个,与6月相比,跳升了14900多个,并且仍然有上升的势头。rnrn rn  尽管7月整个IT行业不尽如人意,但在一片灰色中仍不乏亮点。rnrn  亮点一:软件测试工程师。随着中国IT行业的发展,产品的质量控制与质量管理正逐渐成为企业生存与发展的核心。从软件、硬件到系统集成,几乎每个中大型IT企业的产品在发布前都需要大量的质量控制、测试和文档工作。而这些工作必须依靠拥有娴熟技术的专业软件人才来完成。软件测试工程师就是这样的一个企业重头角色。rnrn  从无忧指数看,该类职位的需求主要集中在沿海发达城市,其中北京和上海的需求量分别占33%和29%。民企需求量最大,占19%,外商独资欧美类企业需求排列第二,占15%。rnrn  亮点二:游戏人才。媒体曾经有过“月薪八千难聘游戏人才”的报道。据e net报道:中国网络游戏市场正处于快速发展阶段,其中付费用户达401.3万人,占到了总数的约50%。该报告还预计,到2006年,中国网络游戏用户总数将达到4490万,其中付费用户2227万,平均每个用户的每月花费将增长到31.2元,中国网络游戏的市场规模将超过80亿元。也就是说,从2001年到2006年,复合年增长率将达到92%。rnrn  面对如此巨大的市场空间,截至2001年年底的统计,我国国内游戏从业人员只有2969人,其中大部分是游戏销售人员,游戏技术开发人员(含美工)仅有1169人。人才资源匮缺的矛盾显而易见。rnrn  据北京市有关机构对几家较大规模的游戏企业调查结果显示,游戏开发人员大致分为以下几类,企划类:制作人Producer、企划Designer、剧本Writer;程式类:程式Programmer、测试Tester;美术类:美术Artist、动画Animator、音乐Musician。另外,网络游戏的企划人才最为缺乏。rnrn  亮点三:IC人才。众所周知,中国已是世界的制造中心,然而,中国IC(集成电路)设计人才奇缺也是不争的事实。据《计算机世界》报道,每年从IC设计和微电子专业毕业的硕士生不到300人。上海半导体和IC研讨会曾发布消息说:到2008年,中国IC产业对IC设计工程师的需求量将达到25万人,而目前只有不到4000人。以中芯国际为例,在目前的3000名员工当中,1/3的中高级技术中坚人才几乎全是海外或境外人士,技术领域的本土化人才目前还几乎为零。rnrn  亮点四:网络存储人才。网络存储是一个高技术行业,对高素质人才的需求量很大。据统计,每100万元的存储设备就需要4个人来维护。2002年,中国存储系统市场规模就已经达到了56个亿,业内人士预测至少在5年内,存储市场会以10% 20%的年增长率递增。据权威部门统计,国内现在能达到存储工程师资格的技术人员不到500人,因此,在存储行业中,高薪挖人现象已经屡见不鲜。rnrn  还没有从行业反复中回过神来的IT人,在职场中却面临着另一些困扰:一边工作难找、怀才不遇、骑马找马、毕业生面临着就业高峰等等已然成为职场热门字眼;另一边无忧指数显示,职位需求依然节节攀高,企业求贤若渴、大叹优才无觅处、人才难留。一方面,媒体报端列举种种数据,急呼中国IT“××人才匮乏”,而另一方面,IT人失业的叹息声仍然不绝于耳。人才到底是过剩了,还是缺乏呢?rnrn  有业内人士分析,造成这种矛盾表象的最主要原因是目前IT行业的激烈竞争,使得IT公司抬高了招聘门槛。求职者在抱怨之前,应该先试问自己到底是人才还是普通的“熟练工”。当然,目前的招聘模式也造成了打工者与招聘者并未完全沟通,以至于求职者与工作擦肩而过。对于企业来说,要做一个称职的伯乐,要慧眼独具发现人才,不拘泥于学历、资历去寻找、评判和使用人才。rnrn  一位人力资源人士认为,公司在招人时最看重求职者3个方面:1.个人核心竞争力。简而言之就是针对应聘职位,你的与众不同的优势是什么?2.要有职业素养。包括个人品质与职业习惯等。3.要有团队合作精神。这不是简单的一句口号,基于在团队中扮演的角色不同,团队合作的含义也各不相同。rnrn  因此,对求职者来说,能被企业称得上人才,专业技术常常不是决定因素。反而是那些非技术性的能力,比如团队合作、职业素养、管理知识等,往往会在争夺职场门票中发挥重要的作用。这方面能力的提升,对于一般求职者,特别是对于那些较为注重专业技术的IT人来说,还是有很大的上升空间,并且收效很快,更容易向成功迈进。rn 论坛
