My comment: "If you love something, give it away." really agree it!! he use different style of orchestra conductor to explain all kinds of leadership style, the example is from 5 great conductors, you can feel different harmony showing via nice styles, how important to take the team member as partner but not instrument, why less control can do better, there are lots of kinds of control in the talks, e.g. direct command, following instruction, without command or instruction, but you have to guess the conductor what they want..., the higher level is partnership, the true leader will not only create the process but also condition to let it happen...the highest level is doing without doing like last conductor, just be there and enjoy the team's output...you will start to like orchestra too...they are really the great work from harmony:)Must see
