RMA receive issue

When the user perfomer RMA receive: Cost Of Goods Sold Account Generation Failed with error : Value secured: Wrong Legal Entity!RCV_COGS_ACC_GEN_FAILED (ACCOUNT=.....-0-0-0)

 

We also raise SR for this issue, but didn;t found out. after dev refreshed, we deleted the error on the form, then received successful. we also asked user try perform. again. then successful.

 

APP-PO-14142:rcv_header_th.event-000: normal,successful completion
Cause A SQL error has occurred in rcv_header_th.event. the sql error is ORA-0000:normal,successful completion.
