I wanted to move some folders to another new folder(suppose the name is A).
So I cutted them, and then pasted them in the new folder A(the new folder had not been submited to the svn). Finally I submitted. The result is: I had added the new folder, but hadn't move the folders to A.And the worse thing is the folders what I want to move to A had been deleted, though in the local, the operation seemed correct. If another place updated the version, they would lost the folders.
That's because the folders were been controlled by svn, so you couldn't move them to A just by cut and copy.To solve this situation, you can delete the .svn folders which were been hided in the folders(the folders were lost in others' version, but still in your version),and then submit. You'll find, now the folders are added to A.
The right operation is:Add the new folder A and submit it to the svn first, and then move the folders by right mouse clicked to A, and choose "svn move the version controlled file to current position".Finally, submit it.
You can also delete the .svn folders in the folder that you want to move, and now use cut and copy is ok.
