嵌入式发展的思考（上）

什么是发展，就是钱嘛。钱从哪里来？一个是打工，一个就是创业。今天只说打工。因为创业我也不懂。。。但是前阵看到身边一个朋友，跟着以前纬创测试部老大出去创业做设备，奋斗十年公司成功上市，现在身家10个小目标。还是很受震撼。不过现阶段不懂就是不懂。。。

还说说说打工吧，总结一下现在如果要拿高薪的要素。在Boss看了一圈，国内高薪大概是以下几个方面。

1 国内

岗位1

- Experience with Linux kernel driver development and upstreaming, more than 5 years.
- People management experience in development team, more than 5 years. 
- Fluent English and communication skills.
- Excellent C/C++ programming ability.
- Familiar with Linux kernel’s internal mechanisms such as scheduler/interrupt/timer. 
- Familiar with ARM architecture and assembly programming.
- Familiar with Git, repo, and baseline upgrade.
- Familiar with automation script like python is a plus.
- Android experience is plus.
Education Requirements 
BSCS/BSEE with 15+ years experiences or MSCS/MSEE with 12+ years’ experiences
 

能给到40K上下，目测是qualcomm，核心是英语，管理能力，Linux内核。C/C++这些我觉得没啥好说的。

岗位2

1、大学本科及以上学历，计算机，软件工程，通信电子，自动化，汽车电子等相关专业
2、10年及以上工作经验
3、具有扎实的汽车软件体系架构知识，熟悉汽车行业常见的架构模式与设计模式
4、具有丰富的嵌入式软件开发经验，熟悉AUTOSAR软件架构优先
5、精通SOC架构，精通C/C++，熟悉Linux、QNX、VxWorks以及其他RTOS等操作系统
6、熟悉DDS、SOME/IP、DOIP等通信协议
7、熟悉主流车载芯片，如TI、瑞萨、英飞凌，NXP等
8、精通各种架构设计工具如EA/XMIND等，具有良好设计能力，善于将设计文档化
 

也是能给到50K左右，主要是要懂汽车电子，AUTOSAR还是一些比较偏的协议。这个感觉很小众了。

岗位3

1、本科及以上学历，10 年以上相关经验，熟悉存储产品开发流程、质量管理体系；
2、具有存储领域经验，熟悉存储系统软硬件技术发展趋势者优先，熟悉 NVME 全闪设计的优先；
3、具有较强的系统分析、设计能力；
4、熟悉计算机系统结构、操作系统开发者优先

50K，存储。

海外（主要北美）

岗位1

• 5+ years' experience in embedded software development
• Proficiency with microcontrollers & C/C++ (Python a plus)
• Strong Linux environment skills & understanding of multithreading/real-time systems

薪资未说，看起来还挺简单的。。。

岗位2

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 7 years of experience with research or applied AI in software development or a similar domain.
• 7 years of experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing) and tools (e.g., TensorFlow).
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and with testing/launching software products.
• Experience with prompt engineering.
• Experience with deep learning/LLM-based products or platforms.
• Experience with research communities/efforts, including publishing papers in machine learning and NLP conferences (e.g., ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP, etc.).
• Excellent programming skills.

来自Google。对AI有一定要求，主要还是看中编程能力。

岗位3

• 2+ years of experience with embedded systems
• Proficient with common communication protocols (SPI, UART, I2C, etc.)
• Comfortable/working knowledge of more advanced protocols such as PCIe, MIPI CSI/DSI, USB, and 802.3
• Proficient in at least one embedded language such as C, C++, or Rust
• Proficient with embedded toolchains and workflow
• Experience building and bringing-up MCUs or FPGAs
• Experience with embedded stacks for ARM cores
• Experience developing on embedded Linux platforms
• Experience coding drivers for actuators and sensors

这个明显比较偏底层了，我看名字也是Firmware Engineer，来自马斯克脑机那公司，Neuralink。

岗位4

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C++ developing models and simulation building blocks
• Knowledge in algorithms, data structures, software design and programming experience in C++
• Debugging experience using gdb or other debuggers
• Experience in writing, manipulating and maintaining scripts using Python

Meta，看着反倒是最简单的一个。
