After installed and configured the project server, try toopen http://YourSharepointServerName/pwa

 

Create a project:

a.      Click the projects

b.     Click new->Basic Project Plan

 

c.      Input the project name(e.g. testproject) anddescription, then click OK

d.     Click Project center or Projects, then you see the project which you created
