[SALLY]Here you go. You now own Vermont Avenue.
[SIMON] Cool.
[JAKE] My turn.
[SIMON] Oh! That's my place. It has two hotels.
[SILLY] I don't have enough money.
[SIMON] Does that mean I win?
[SALLY] Yes, Simon. That means you win.
[SIMON] Yes this is fun.
[JAKE] Yeah, real fun. We should do this more often.
