3 way to debug via Visual Studio

How to debug a solution

1.    F5 + break point (build on solution; time cost!!!)
2.    run xxx.exe + attach its solution to this process (No rebuild on solution)
please take care of the code types you selected (native + manage)
3.    vsjitdebugger xxx.exe + select its solution in VS (No rebuild on solution)
for example, vsjitdebugger client.exe -runTest "16821 firsttime"

       Note: sometimes certain break point cannot be hit via the approach 2 above, you can try #3 or #1 instead.
