Linux系统安装deepmd可用的源配置

命令：

在这个源配置下按照官方知乎给的命令：

conda install deepmd-kit=*=*cpu lammps-dp=*=*cpu -c deepmodeling

可一键安装两个。

下面是一些常用的conda命令：

conda list 查看所有安装包
conda config --show 查看conda配置（可以vim .condarc查看源配置）
conda config --remove-key channels 删除所有镜像源
conda config --remove channels ‘https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/’ 删除指定源
conda list // 显示已安装的python包
conda search xxx -i 查看某个包的依赖
conda search xxx // 搜索python包
conda install xxx==1.2 // 安装指定安装包版本
conda install D:xxx // 安装本地python包（绝对路径）
conda env list // 查看当前存在哪些虚拟环境
conda create -n pytorch python=3.7 // 创建虚拟环境pytorch，python版本为3.7
conda activate pytorch // 启用虚拟环境
conda deactivate // 退出当前虚拟环境
conda remove -n pytorch --all // 删除虚拟环境
conda info // 显示相关信息
