安装不同版本的tensorflow与models

• 先下载models

• 下载的models默认是最新版本的models，如果tensorflow不是最新版本，可能存在不兼容的问题，因此需要对版本进行修改。

git checkout r1.13.0  #change the models version to version1.13.0
