You are using safe update mode and you tried to update a table without a WHERE that uses a KEY column To disable safe mode, toggle the option in Preferences -> SQL Editor and reconnect.   0.000 sec

在执行 update 语句时 报错如上，根据上面的说明，我在对整个表格执行 update 语句，并且没有 where 对 某一列进行限制，mysql workbench安全模式不允许。

2.解决

上面也提示已了怎样解决这个问题， preferences–>SQL Editor 然后 reconnect.
首先 左上角 Edit –> preferences

然后在点击 SQL Editor ，翻到最下面 将勾去掉

Safe Updates(rejects UPDATES and DELETEs with no restrictores)

最后一定要重启，上面提示也说了，不然是不行的。
ps:重启后进来，不要先运行你的sql语句，先选择进入某一个数据库比如

use db1;

好吧 说这个的原因是我犯了这个错 hah
